Product Guarantee
If you purchase our boxes and are not satisfied, you can return them within (10) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund excluding delivery & shipping charges. No partial returns are offered. You have to arrange for, and pay for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited, minus the shipping/delivery charges, once the packages are received by our warehouse as long as the packages are in original condition and there are no items missing. A re-stocking fee of $2 per box will be charged against the total for items purchased.
Shipping Guarantee
If your order does not arrive within (7) business days of your expected delivery date, you may return or refuse your order for a full refund, not including delivery and return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse. Please note that the first shipping day is considered the business day after your order placement, before 2pm EST. There is no shipping on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day; if the next business day falls on one of these days, the next business day is the following business day after these shipping holidays. Please allow for these extended shipping times.
Please Note
If your delivery does arrive after the expected delivery date, and you decide to keep your order, no credits or discounts of any kind can be offered.
Lost Delivery
If your order is considered "lost" or delivered to the wrong location without correction, your credit card will be credited the full order amount, including all shipping charges.
Delivery Refusal
If you refuse delivery of an order arriving within the delivery grace period your account will be credited once the packages are returned to our warehouse less applicable delivery charges to and from your destination.
